Today 6th April we collected our beautiful baby barn owl.
As yet unsexed so un named!!!
IMPORTANT UPDATE - WE NOW BELIEVE THIS BARN OWL TO BE FEMALE BASED ON ITS SIZE - SO HAVE NAMED HER
POLLY!

Day 2
Well despite calling this DAY 2 I think I should set the record straight! It is DAY 2 of us having the baby barn owl - in fact he is 20 days old today! He is growing nicely and when weighed he was a healthy 4 7/8oz and ate 3 lovingly prepared chicks!!! (I didnt prepare these I must add!)
